We are recruiting Ambassadors!


parkrun USA is actively looking for extraordinary volunteers who can bring their excitement and enthusiasm to represent parkrun behind the scenes as parkrun Ambassadors.


As parkrun continues to grow around the world, we are committed to breaking down barriers to participation in regular physical activity and bringing communities together.


Being an Ambassador means you get to help us activate new parkrun events, and support and guide our awesome event teams at a local level.  We are looking for parkrunners who believe passionately in the power of parkrun to create and support healthier and happier communities. Ambassadors are volunteers who advocate and trust parkrun’s mission and positively support parkrun’s global strategy to fulfil this mission in the USA.


What’s more, being an Ambassador is a wonderful opportunity to develop new skills and meet amazing new people.


We are currently recruiting in two areas:


  • Communication Ambassador (Blogs/ Social Media)
  • Event Support Ambassadors

- Interior West, CA, AZ (California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Utah)
- Plains/ Southwest (Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas)
- East South Central (Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia)
- Center-South Atlantic (Virginia, North Carolina)
- District of Columbia/ Maryland
