Ricky van Vlaanderen is one of our core volunteers. He has volunteered 94 times and completed 110 parkruns. Every Friday evening Ricky lays out part of the course and gets up early every Saturday to finish putting down the course markers etc. Ricky is out come rain or shine and does a fantastic job of setting up the course, week in and week out.
Ricky also marshalls every Saturday and has recently agreed to help us with equipment storage and delivery to and from parkrun every Saturday.
Ricky is passionate above the benefit of parkrun to all and we could not do without his invaluable help
