It was a beautiful morning for a socially distanced (not)parkrun this morning with the team from Bellville parkrun. It was also a double celebration as got my 200th (not)parkrun whilst also being able to at last hand over some milestone t-shirts (which I had brought back from the UK just days before the first lockdown) to one of their regular volunteers.
He had no idea the team had organised his t-shirts last year, or that I had them for him today. A few tears were shed but a wonderful morning was had by all!

Since I first started parkrun, I have managed to introduce four of my children to it. One of them has even managed 50 and has got his t-shirt! The rest have all achieved their 10 runs certificate, too. In the meantime, with (not)parkrun, I am running on my own and have reached 16,6km so I am yearning for a 20 km run and I am really enjoying being active.
